1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation services provided between the customer and Flughafentransfer Schwyz (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

2. Contract Formation

2.1. The contract is formed upon the customer's booking and confirmation by the Company.

2.2. Bookings can be made online via the website, by phone, or by email.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to decline bookings without providing reasons.

2.4. The minimum advance booking time is 3 hours before the desired pickup time.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. The Company commits to picking up the customer at the agreed time and location and transporting them to the destination.

3.2. Transportation is provided with suitable, roadworthy, and insured vehicles.

3.3. All drivers possess the required qualifications and experience.

3.4. For airport pickups, flight status is monitored. In case of delays, the driver will wait at no additional cost.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. Fixed prices stated at the time of booking apply.

4.2. Prices include:

  • Vehicle costs
  • Fuel
  • Waiting time for airport pickups (max. 60 minutes)
  • Statutory VAT

4.3. Payment options:

  • TWINT
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment to driver

4.4. For bank transfers, payment must be received at least 24 hours before departure.

4.5. In case of late payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel the trip.

5. Cancellation and Rebooking

5.1. Customer cancellation:

  • Up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge
  • Between 24 and 12 hours before departure: 50% of fare
  • Less than 12 hours before departure: 100% of fare

5.2. Rebooking is free of charge up to 12 hours before departure, subject to availability.

5.3. Company cancellation:

  • In case of force majeure, illness, or technical problems, the Company may cancel the trip
  • The customer will be informed immediately
  • Any payments made will be fully refunded
  • Further claims are excluded

6. Customer Obligations

6.1. The customer must arrive punctually at the agreed pickup location.

6.2. In case of no-show or delay exceeding 15 minutes, the trip may be cancelled without refund.

6.3. The customer must provide complete and accurate contact information.

6.4. Special requests (child seat, wheelchair, etc.) must be indicated at booking.

6.5. The customer commits to treating the vehicle with care. Cleaning costs or damages may be charged in case of soiling or damage.

6.6. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.

7. Luggage and Transport of Items

7.1. The indicated number of luggage pieces refers to standard suitcases (max. 23 kg).

7.2. Excess or special luggage (skis, surfboards, etc.) requires prior arrangement.

7.3. Transport of dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items is not permitted.

7.4. The Company assumes no liability for transported items unless loss is due to gross negligence or intent.

8. Liability

8.1. The Company is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

8.2. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless personal injury is involved.

8.3. The Company assumes no liability for:

  • Missed flights or appointments due to traffic disruptions, accidents, or force majeure
  • Loss or damage to transported items (except in case of gross negligence)
  • Indirect damages or consequential damages

8.4. Liability is limited to the contract value.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Collection and processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2. Data is used exclusively for processing the order.

9.3. Without customer consent, no data will be shared with third parties.

10. Complaints and Claims

10.1. Complaints must be communicated immediately after the trip via email or phone.

10.2. The Company will review complaints promptly and offer an appropriate solution.

11. Severability Clause

11.1. Should individual provisions of these Terms become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

11.2. An appropriate provision closest to the economic purpose shall replace the invalid provision.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. All legal relationships between the Company and customer are exclusively governed by Swiss law.

12.2. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland, where legally permissible.
